Clyde Wesley Shores and his wife, who came from Pascagoula, Mississippi to attend Reunion 2017. Clyde and this editor went to Red Hill together in the 8th grade, before he transferred to Elmore County High School in Eclectic in the fall of 1952. We both loved to hunt squirrels at this time and would take turns spending the night with each other during the school week. We would get up before daylight, go hunting, return to our home for breakfast, and then catch the bus to school. He was a great friend during our years at Red Hill School. In the background is Eleanor Holley, who was a couple of years ahead of us I think.
