Beth Hall Duncan and Christine Griffith Buie are on the front row on the steps of Refuge Church , around 1951. Edward and Nita went on to be missionaries in Liberia, West Africa. Beth and her husband, Bill Duncan, went on to become missionaries in Borneo. In fact, Bill died in Borneo while on a return visit. Ed And Bill died in 2014. Mikeal died in a tragic construction accident in 2010. Beth died in 2016 in Arizona. Nita continues to live in this area and Christine lives in north Georgia.
