This distinguished looking couple in this photo is Mr. Dalton and Miss Martha Kennedy. They lived in the house on the corner of Red Hill Road and Griffith Road. Mr. Dalton was born on March 11, 1904, in Elmore Co., AL and died September 17, 1990. They lived their entire life in Red Hill, even back when it was called Channahatchee.

I loaded Mr. Dalton's truck with rocks many, many, times. My dad and grand-dad used the rocks for fire places, sea walls and patios. He always drove very slow !!
